numbers actually worsening

Question
numbers actually worsening
I have been using APAP for about 8 months now, and while I continue to feel great, my AHI has been trending up.  It seems like I do well, with central apnea flags pretty much explained by sighs, for the half of the night.  Then things get wonky at around 2-4 am, and I usually wake up transiently around 4:30.  I have tried modestly increasing maximum pressure and lowering the minimum 10.8/13 vs 11/12.  And I am running in "Soft" mode (which as far as I can tell make pressure peaks return to lower pressure quicker) as I find that mode more comfortable.

Any suggestions?   Sad
