New Mask but waking up more
I had to switch from a Phillips Wisp to the p10 because the phillips left a serious mark on my nose bridge.

But I noticed since getting the p10 I've been waking up more during the night compared to the phillips.

I've attached screenshots from when I got the new mask on tue oct 29th.

Since I could only upload 3 screenshots, here is a 4th one from Friday Nov1st. I'm linking this one as Saturday morning I woke up feeling like very very tired.

I'm no good @ interpreting charts. But.....it's a new mask, so give it some time for you to adjust to it. Also, I've found that new masks do require some "break-in" time.  Bigwink

Your leaks are tending to have occasional high leak rates.

It can be several things. You're wearing the mask too tight, and distorting the cushion seal. Or it's not the right sized cushion. Or as Big Guy says the mask needs broken in.

Thanks. It definitely doesn’t feel too tight. It’s much more comfortable than the Phillips I was using before. I’m using the “large” cushions now. Should I switch to the medium or give it some time to “break” in. If the latter, what’s a good break in period?

My P10's weak spot were the straps, or I should say. Lack of straps. They go weak quickly and far too easy to dislodge the nasal pillows unless you really cinched them up. But that just made it hurt my nose. The hose on the front doesn't help either. You might look at the P30i or N30i or the equivalent by other makers. Mine stays put without having to cinch up the straps to the point of discomfort of the nose. and the hose on top is great.

How long is a good break in time? Let’s say after two weeks? 

I’m wondering if I should leave it to break in before maybe trying a different cushion size. I’m using the large right now

Everyone's face is different. Even though I'm a Big Guy, all of my cushions are size medium. And, all the headgear is size standard. 

As far as a "break-in" period goes, I'd think that two weeks or so should do the trick. 

And after a good while, you'll need to readjust the straps on your masks. They will loosen up with use. I wash my headgear in hot water and a drop or two of liquid dish soap. That does wonders in regards to tightening the straps back up. 

Let the headgear soak for a good 20 min. or so. No need to get rough with it either. Some swooshing and massaging action will get them clean.  Cool

Use a paper towel to dry. They will air dry quickly.
