[Treatment] Tongue Biting from Seizures -- Mouthguards?

I didn't get too far with my trial last night. Found that my top gums were too sore to sleep with the mouthguard in place. When I was decades younger wore mouthguard boxing and other sports. Those were much softer rubber back then. New ones are silicone and much stiffer than I remember. (Or, maybe I was tougher). Maybe I'll check what sleep pro's recommend.

A company called "BioGrind" makes a mouth guard called "Stop Grinding", which is soft, and covers your top and bottom teeth and should keep your tongue out of harm's way.
