Palatal prolapse and V-COM
Has anybody had success, in using the V-COM, when having palatal prolapse?
The more stable and "slow" the air pressure is, the more stable the palatal is, together with a resonable high CPAP pressure?
It seems that EPR and Bilevel will only increase palatal prolapse, as the palatal is moving more when EPAP and IPAP is different?!
