Permanently delete days...

Prior to my official start date with the A10, there are couple of days from a week earlier, that had been a trial run. In OSCAR, these dates are deleted, but every time the CPAP data is imported, these couple of days are also imported.

Is there a way for OSCAR to permanently delete these couple of days from the SD card, without reformatting the SD card??

Yes, open File/Preferences and tell OSCAR not to import any data before your actual start of therapy. Then purge the days you don't want. The preferences setting will prevent the days from being imported again.
