Phillips DreamStation Recall - Informed I will not get one

Dreamstation BiPap replacement received from Phillips. Works much better than my older BiPap. Just wanted to post this.

Firmware has changed. I can not change tube heating as a USER, but can in the techmical adjustments mode. What other surprises await ?

Has anyone tried this recently?  All I get is the page saying my DME will contact me.  I tried entering both the SN and confirmation number wiith the same result.
The patient portal says my order was processed on 03-11-2022.
I tried calling the 877-907-7508 number to try to find out if the DME they have for me was correct, but the agent said she didn't have that information.
So I am kind of stuck. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
