With regard to cleaning, some do it daily, some weekly, some never. It's really your choice, whatever makes you comfortable. If you want to do so, a simple method is to buy some baby shampoo, run a sinkfull of water and soak your gear. Some folks use a toothbrush to scrub the silicone cushion. When I soak my air hose, I hang it in the shower to dry. It's ready to go by bedtime.

It's insane if there is people that never clean it. About soaking it in water with shampoo, problem is by the time it's starting to dry there was enough time opportunity for mold particles to be there.

I looked at UV but these things emit ozone, and you don't want ozone particles being shot into your lungs.

This is the problem, I don't see a way to keep this clean daily without potential downsides.

I would like to see how more people are cleaning their device. This is what's more offputing to me to get started. I don't want mold particles, or any other nasty stuff being pushed into my lungs. For this I would need to clean daily basically, but then again, cleaning options have irritants, like shampoos, or the ozone particles with UV devices, so im not sure how to go about this.
