Help me titrate my therapy?

Help me titrate my therapy?
Hello!

New to CPAP and this forum. I was sent a CPAP machine by an online company that doesn't seem to keen on helping me out - they sent the machine completely default and seem to have full faith that the machine will properly self-titrate. However, despite no mask leaks and proper adherence (8+ hours a night), I am actually sleeping worse than before.

For note, I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea (8 AHI) with a "severe" RDI (37).

I've changed the default pressure settings to 5.8 to 15, with 5 for when im awake. EPR is set to 3 (Im aware it doesn't go further down than 4).

Attached below is my Oscar data (screenshotted everything, not sure what you want exactly). I ripped the mask off at 5 hours because I wanted a decent night's rest. Sorry for attaching more than 3, if someone could let me know which data is most important I'll be sure to only upload those next time.
Thanks

Nevermind, here's the Imgur link (remove the space, it won't let me link it otherwise) https://imgur. com/a/JUICUZn

The link does not work. Better to attach the charts.

Here you are a quick basic adjustment:
Ramp off
EPR=3
Minimum pressure 7 cm.

I'd likely switch to Standard response, remove Ramp, and consider moving towards min pressure 7 with EPR 3 full time. If you only want to go to min 6, then pair that with EPR 2, but I'd give the EPR 3 with Min 7 a go before dismissing. Max is 10 to 12 will be fine.

Also for next time, no zoom in the OSCAR chart unless there's a request to focus on something specific. No need to redo these above.
