Positional Apnea? 0459?
I see a CA flag there...clear airways
Is this due to positional apnea?

I consider that CA as a central event. In the attachment you'll see a central apnea on top an a positional apnea as second diagram.

multicast, thanks..
"....EVENT FLAGSThe Event Flags graph normally appears at the top of the stack. It shows each event (Obstructive Apnea (OA), Central Apnea/Clear Airway (CA), Hypopnea (H), Large Leak (LL), etc.) as a vertical bar. You can select which events to display using the event flag selector at the bottom left of the chart area. The available flags will vary depending on your machine. "
Minor changes helped.
Last night I used the Knightsbridge Dual Strap and the N20 (but with a medium -- not large-- insert in the large headgear.)
And I had washed the insert, which I don't do often enough.
I didn't sleep that well; but leakage was a lot better.
I've had to sleep several times today. Sitting up in a chair; no cpap.
CSR
I periodically have CSR reported.
I did last night.
AHI was high for me
CSR reported scares me.

RE: Please help with treatment review
I don't find the flagging of CSR alarming on a Resmed, because it is actually periodic breathing. In your case, it is infrequent and has never been associated with characteristic CSR. Therapy looks overall pretty good, and leaks remain well below large leak levels, even when present.
RE: Please help with treatment review
Thanks Sleeprider. Helps me a lot.
RE: Please help with treatment review
We ALWAYS look at Periodic Breathing, called CSR on ResMed, to see if it is potentially an issue. If it even looks like it's an issue we ALWAYS let you know, usually with a recommendation to see your doctors about it. Even with that, it is rarely an issue, it just further eliminates unlikely possibilities.
