Please need help reading Oscar Report
Hello I need help reading my oscar report as Im pretty new to Cpap and having problems that Im trying to work out

I often wake up either early morning or middle of the night which leaves me feeling groggy and tired

I take melatonin and valerian root to sleep and use it nightly

I have the resmeds9 autoset with p10nasal pillows

Please let me know what I should do to improve my sleep quality as Im trying to get things firing on all cylinders again

Ive attached all my sleep report photos aswell

I suspect that you are going to do better with a narrower pressure range. You are at 6-13 with no EPR and all events are central. My guess is you should be using CPAP pressure at 8.0. It will help to see the charts as Gideon has suggested.

Take a look again in Gideon’s post   That is the order they need - I did not see ANY of them. Give it another try, please!
