It's easy enough to check if there's chin tuck affecting you while awake. Tuck your chin towards your chest. Or tilt your head to the side or turned. Has it affected by any breathing restriction?

Our focus on "positional" issues has been to interpret the respiratory flow rate during inspiration as a consequence of alignment of the airway, neck and spine. We have never considered cardiac shunting or cardiopulmonary function as a consequence of physical position. That might be something that could be identified through trial and error.
