Today is one of those days. It's the first night I'm using my new machine, Resmed Airsense 10, which records more data than my previous one. It shows an AHI of exactly 0 for the 4 hours I was in bed. The breathing was not perfect, but I would say it's over 90% normal and within a tight range. I am now considering whether the pressure my doctor prescribed is too high and caused for me to wake up. Data during the later part of sleep tonight showed pressure spiking from 12.6 (my min) to 13.18 roughly 10 minutes before my breathing amplitude increases, presumably me waking up.
I'm currently considering reducing pressure to a lower level and see whether it helps with my sleep maintenance, but I remember I've been told that I should keep my pressure around this level since it's around the level that corrects my brainwaves based on my sleep study. Hence the conflict.
Want to ask for advice on what I should do in this case?
