Can you tell us which AirSense machine you have? The AirSense 10 Cpap (No data capability),
AirSense 10 elite (straight pressure machine), or AirSense 10 AutoSet or AutoSet for her. (Full data capable, variable pressure machine).
As far as breathing goes...you are breathing, because if you weren't, well you wouldn't be posting this.
All you need do is relax and breathe normally, the machine has no capability to initiate a breath.
I do suspect that a pressure of 6 is a bit too low and you may be feeling starved for air.
Once you let us know if you have a data capable machine, download the
OSCAR software. Be sure there is an SD card in your machine so you can upload data to the software program.

Also, order the Clinicians Manual (state the exact machine name) when ordering.
