I browsed through the last several days (this was Monday night/Tuesday morning), and I don't see anything like it (nor did I see anything last night). It seems like it was an hyponea that isn't marked, since it looks like there is a recovery breath, but I am curious what others might think. Not panicking yet.. , but keeping an eye on it..

Any idea what is happening here?
So, I have been doing a lot better in dealing with both my apnea and worry about it; at most I am checking once a week. This week, I noticed something odd however, and would love the hivemind's opinion on it..

RE: Any idea what is happening here?
Looks like severe flow limitations ending up with an obstructive Apnea.

I am not familiar with your background but it looks like Obstructive Sleep Apnea; hypopneas like you said. It looks like it didn't get flagged as an H since the decay rate was slow enough.

Anyway, i am not sweating it too much.. just was curious if people thought it was something other/worse than an odd apnea (in the past, i have worried about periodic breathing indicative of heart issues).. |
