Welcome to the forum,

Your numbers are fine, you are in a zone where most tweaking is done for comfort, so how do you feel?

RE: Help with Oscar data please.
Just an update on my progress.im now waking up more refreshed after adding a mouth guard that stops me clenching my teeth and keeps my jaw forward.also using cervical collar .I am having a tap 3 made to try with and without the CPAP. The ahi are more stable now.with the Amazon mouth guard.any observations appreciated.thank you
