[Pressure] Looking for help reducing AHI

Looking for help reducing AHI
Hi - I am looking for some help reducing my AHI.  I have just started collecting some data in OSCAR and I am now trying to play with my own settings / getting control over my own treatment.  I am not sure of my level of success with CPAP.  I mainly started using it in order to eliminate snoring.

I have a Dreamstation 2.  It is set in AutoCPAP mode with a Min of 7 and a Max of 12.  I have attached my most recent day of data.  You can see my AHI is 3.75 and I tend to hover between 3.5 and 4.5.

My flex level is "A-Flex" level 2.  I am not sure what playing around with this setting will do but I've noticed most posts indicate I should keep it at 2.

I can see in my daily pressure graph that I sometimes hit the max of 12.  Should I be increasing it?

I am using a Resmed P10 mask.

Appreciate any advice in advance!  Thank you.
