[Pressure] Please help me review my data

Please help me review my data
Hello. So thankful to have discovered this board, as my pulmonologist has determined that there is nothing to be done for beyond stimulants. He does not review my machine data whatsoever since I am below 7 AHI on treatment. Diagnosed with mild OSA at 12 AHI.

About me: I am 35M, 5'10 and 160 lbs. I am physically active. I have been using my Resvent iBreeze APAP for more than a year now. I am often fatigued and rarely feel rested.

My APAP settings: I am at 6.5 min/16.5 max pressure. I have a full face mask because I am a mouth breather.

Why I'm posting: After a few weeks of increasingly poor sleep and increasing AHI reports each night, I am trying to figure out what I can do. I hope that someone can help me interpret my data and recommend adjustments to my APAP. I apologize for not using OSCAR, as the iBreeze is not supported.

I am attaching two recent days, as they are typical. I believe the gaps are from my waking up and momentarily turning the machine off. My experience waking up in these moments is that I can't breath because there's so much pressure. I suspect it's simply that I'm not breathing in those moments.

For the first day, the statistics were:
AHI: 9.2, HI: 4.0, OAI: 5.2;
Leak: Median 0.0, 95% 11.5;
Pressure: Median 6.9, 95% 14.3.

Second day:
AHI: 1.9, HI: 1.1, OAI: 0.8;
Leak: 0.0, 95th 19.5;
Pressure: Median 5.1, 95th 9.2.

RE: Please help me review my data
Apologies. I figured out how to trim the report somewhat. Please find the last 3 days' data.

For the first day, the statistics were:
AHI: 9.2, HI: 4.0, OAI: 5.2;
Leak: Median 0.0, 95% 11.5;
Pressure: Median 6.9, 95% 14.3.

Second day:
AHI: 1.9, HI: 1.1, OAI: 0.8;
Leak: 0.0, 95th 19.5;
Pressure: Median 5.1, 95th 9.2.

Third day:
AHI: 6.3, HI: 2.9, OAI: 3.3;
Leak: 0.0, 95th 14.5;
Pressure: Median 6.4, 95th 12.4.

I also think I'm taking the mask off in my sleep, as there's an hour each night I don't have data.

RE: Please help me review my data
You really need to put up a daily chart of OSVAR not the summary. I have a link as to the charts needed in my signature.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the OSCAR software does not work with my machine (Resvent iBreeze).

I did make sure to read that post before making my own post, and tried to include the information as indicated here:

Code:
The most useful charts for diagnostic purposes are:

Event Flags
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak Rate
Flow Limit (Resmed only. Respironics includes Flow Limitation in Events)

I believe I included events, flow rate and pressure and in an analog to OSCAR's daily chart. The leak rates are low/none and stable through the entirety of the night. Please let me know if I have misunderstood and not included these things. I am new. Thank you for your help.

I am attaching them again here, in case they are not loading on my follow-up post:

RE: Please help me review my data
The little bit I know about your machine will not be helpful. But the IPR (Intelligence Pressure Release) should be set to the highest setting.

And many of your events LOOK like they are positional apnea. PA can not be treated with any machine because you are cutting off your own airway by the position you are sleeping in. It is also called chin tucking- your chin drops down to your sternum cutting off your airway.

Although you can chin tuck in any position it happens more sleeping on your back or with thicker pillows. Think of it like having a kink in your garden hose. No water goes through the hose until you get the kink out of the hose.

Many people use collars to keep their airway open. I have a link on collars in my signature that showes people without collar and the same people using a collar. Huge difference.

THANK YOU!

I do not back sleep but I do use two pillows. As of last night, I switched to a single pillow. I have also purchased a soft cervical collar per your link. I will set IPR to its highest (currently at 2 out of 3).
