Humidifier: unsure
CPAP Pressure: 12-18
CPAP Software: OSCAR

Please help me understand the best pressure settings for me
It's been a couple years since I started using a CPAP. AHI seems to be good, but I keep waking up every 2-3 hours when sleeping. I think my max pressure is also really high since I also have some Aerophagia. 

Attaching my oscar data for the last 2 nights, and and statistics for the last year.
