Error message SD Card download to OSCAR

I searched but couldn't find this information. Yesterday I downloaded my CPAP data with no problems. Today I got this error message. I have a recalled Respironics Dreamstation (which Phillips would not replace). I use the SD card to record and download my data. Is there a fix? I cannot use the cellular modem due to EMF sensitivity.

Try another SD card. They can go bad in a heartbeat.
