Probably a dumb question...
The hose from my machine to my headgear currently is a "standard" sized hose. The 18" or so hose from my headgear to the machine hose is "Slim Line" sized. In my machine configuration, which size should I set for the hose type / size? I'm guessing I should set to "Standard."

That is correct, if your using a standard hose then thats what you select the short tube to your mask is not to be considered

The standard hose is 19 mm in size. A slimline hose is 15 mm in diameter. Both have standard 22 mm connectors on each end. The small umbilical hose that came with your mask should not be considered.
