Advans CPAP 12881 Knott Street, 110, Garden Grove, CA, 92841, USA

Phone: 714-897-2727 Supplier #28

I sent in a Resmed airsense 10 for her model for blower motor replacement , calibration and reset hours.

Cost was $283.00 for shop work and that includes $20 to ship back.

I also paid $18.40 to ship out in a USPS flat rate priority medium box.

You only send unit.  No water chamber. No power supply, No resmed travel case.

After they check it out, they will email you and you can choose what additional services you want.

Just the blower motor and hrs. Reset to zero is $ 220 plus shipping both ways.

I paid the extra $40 for complete check and calibration.

You pick the service, they send bill, you pay with credit card, they complete work.

I used Supplier #28 to replace motor, set hours to zero and new seals on my Aircurve 10 Vauto. $220 for motor, $20 for new seals and return shipping. If I was doing it again, I would include a return shipping label to save costs on return shipping. The machine will ship in a Medium Priority Shipping Box with bubble wrap around the machine. My repair was completed in less than a week including shipping time. I was happy with the service.

5 stars (or smiles) Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile

I just received my Resmed AirCurve 10 BiPAP back from Supplier #28. Thanks to this forum, I was able to diagnose the issue (loud mooing coming from the machine) and chose this vendor to repair my machine based on the recommendations. I am very happy with the results. I entered my issue on their website and received a quote for services the next business day. I shipped my machine out on Thursday and it was returned by the following Friday. The costs are broken out as follows: $220 to replace blower, $20 to replace seals, $40 to check for additional issues, and $30 for return shipping. Note that return shipping requires a signature so I had to run to the Post Office to pick up my package because I missed the original home delivery.

It worked great for me, too! My most enthusiastic recommendation.
