Question: ResMed My Air & SD card

Three days ago I installed for the first time an SD card in my AirSense 10 auto. Up until then I had the My Air data transmitted to my PC every day without fail. Since installing the SD card, no My Air data has been transmitted. Hard to believe that would be a coincidence. So does the My Air data stop transmitting when an SD card is installed?

I even took the SD card out yesterday for 8-10 hours and still no data transmitted.

How old is your AirSense 10? I went through the same experience but as it turns out the modem in the Airsense 10 is 3g or 4g compatible (old technology) and the mobile carriers decommissioned the network in my area around the same time. The resmed cpap/apaps can record data to a card and transmit at the same time so either the old cell network was decommissioned or the modem is malfunctioning.

It IS a coincidence, there seems to be a problem with the myair app, it hasn't received any data since Thursday, nothing on Friday or last night. I have a Resmed 11, and my spouse has a Resmed 10 and they both have the same problem, so I would have to assume that the problem is Resmed's. There is also a thread on Reddit with other people complaining about the same thing.
