Reboot Dreamstation Go???
Team,

on vacation and accidently poured water into my water resivoir and got it into the machine (Poured in dark so not to wake others up).

Now getting a Service Error and says needs service.

I am hoping a Reboot will fix it.

How do I do a full Reboot on the software?

No local service providers here.

The only thing that I can think of is to open up the device as much as possible to air out, and set it in the sun to warm up. I'd leave it there for most of the day. When you bring back in, let it sit for about an hour to cool down before you try it.

Good luck!

I'm guessing your CPAP is sensing a short caused by the water bridging a circuit. About the only thing I know that an end user can do is to totally remove the power from the unit.  As far as I know, there aren't any other avenues to explore.  Of course, you will achieve total power down if your set it in the sun, like I mentioned in my previous post.

Thank you for your reply.  I was able to get the top removed so the Circuit Board is exposed.  Do not have small enough star bit to remove circuit board so hoping just opening the top will allow sun and wind to dry it out...
