Recomended Pillows for Positional Sleep Apnea
Hi,
Reading up on the Optimising Therapy Guide (very helpful, btw - thank you to those who helped put that together), I've come to the realisation that may sleep apnea is at least  in part, positional.

Unfortunately, in the UK, it seems impossible to get hold of some of the anti-snore pillows I've seen recommended (in fact, I literally can't find any over here!). I've ordered a cervical collar with the hopes that will help, but conscious they may not be the most comfortable to use long-term.

With that in mind, I was wondering if anyone had any specific styles or brands of pillow they would recommend to reduce chin tuck? The guide mentions CPAP pillows helping a lot, but there seems to be quite a few different styles.
I've blindly thrown quite a lot of my savings at various anti-snore pillows in the past (before I found this forum), so if anyone has any recommendations of pillows (CPAP or not) which might help, it would be hugely appreciated!

Kind regards,
DTBetter

Thank you Jas - downloaded Oscar and waiting for my SD Card reader to arrive then will do!

Would pillow recommendations change based on the data then?

While waiting on charts, here is some important reading. Compare your charts to the examples in these wiki articles.

Soft Cervical Collar: http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...cal_Collar

We have had many members address positional apnea with soft cervical collars. Attempts to use a contour pillow and similar solutions have not worked out for most because they do not move with you, and don't address the real cause of positional apnea, especially for side-sleepers. You need something that supports the jaw, like a collar or thin material that fits between the shoulder and jaw when on your side, and prevents your head from tilting forward when sleeping on your back.

Thank you! I've purchased a cheap Soft Cervical Collar from Amazon (should be arriving today or tomorrow) and a Velpeau Comfort Neck Brace, which another forum member recommended, so fingers crossed one (or both) of these will work!

Will upload charts when I have the SD card reader to use Oscar!
