Recommendation: FlashAir and Flashpap - Wifi data transfer from CPAP to PC

Taking a peek at the CONFIG file without changing anything will not require retyping the password, just when you need to save the file for some modification.

What version is your card, W-03 or W-04?

It's a W-03

But I figured something out and got it to work!
After some internet research I found out that there is a Flashair configuration program which I downloaded from Kioxia.
In the network settings tab there was a tick box to save the settings even if the card is reformatted. so I ticked it. It created two files in the SD_WLAN folder; CONFIG and BCONFIG. However I noticed it set the app mode to 4 so I changed it back to 5. Then I ejected, then reinserted the Flashair card into my computer to allow it to reboot, then deleted the SD_WLAN folder.
Again I ejected the flashair and put it into my S9 machine. It accepted it and the Flashair connected to my wifi!
I was finally able to access it both through FlashPap and WebDAV (I added the WEBDAV=2 option in the CONFIG)

So in short, what saved me was discovering the W-03's ability to save the network settings on-board, thus no longer needing the SD_WLAN folder to be present and making my S9 happy :-)
