[CPAP] Trying to make sense of my OSCAR data (newbie)

Trying to make sense of my OSCAR data (newbie)
Hi all,

I've been on CPAP now for ~1 month and although I am feeling better, I also feel like I've hit a wall recently with my treatment. Although my numbers (appear) relatively good, I am waking up quite a bit still & continuing to feel foggy mentally. I've looked at my data in OSCAR a bit, but I am not exactly sure what I'm looking at. I've noticed a lot of strange, "spiky" breathing patterns throughout the night, as well somewhat strange looking wave forms in the flow rate at other times. I've attached a few example pictures, I would appreciate it if someone could give me some advice on optimizing my settings. I've tried to make a few adjustments myself at this point, but I just feel like I am taking shots in the dark.

Cheers,

Andrew

I suggest setting epr=3 and minimum pressure to 9 cm. You will feel better.
