AHI of 1, but still sleepy, napping, dry mouth

RE: AHI of 1, but still sleepy, napping, dry mouth
Hi everyone! Thanks again for everyone's suggestions. I'm still working on making all of your adjustments and trying them out for a few nights. This time I went with 8-10cm pressure and the EPR at 3. I've added the mask pressure to my chart.

Unfortunately I'm still napping nearly every afternoon, or drinking coffee to avoid that nap (today I had coffee and a nap Coffee )

I think I'll start to bump the pressure up a bit more and see if I get any changes. Let me know what you all think.

Hey John.

Your events are missing from charts, should be at the top.

You have mask pressure now, good, i would like to see a close up around time of an obstructive event.

My thoughts are.....

I gotta assume your sleep doctor had you on 5-8 cm for a reason.

However, the lower end of that range caused obstructive.

You were close as per chart of 6 to 8 cm, no EPR, only 40 sec of apnea total

I would have gone to 7 to 8 cm no EPR

Surely that gets you real close to feeling better.
