ResMed Airsense 10/ Oscar DST Issue?

RE: ResMed Airsense 10/ Oscar DST Issue?
My concern is my DME complaining that I am not in compliance since I may wind up deleting all the data in the machine!

You should make a backup of your SD card data first.

I just adjusted time back to standard time at 1:30 pm and it worked on my ResMed 10. It wouldn't allow me to change the time this morning

It's 3:39 pm local time and I've had no luck changing the year back from 2022 to 2021

It's 3:41 pm local time and I've had no luck changing the year from 2022 back to 2021. Very frustrating!

You won't be able to set it back until you reformat your SD card. You can't set the CPAP back to a time that is earlier than any recorded data. I would recommend that you create a folder on your PC and copy the SD card's contents there first. Reformat the card and then set the AS10 to the correct time and date. Finally, reinsert your reformatted SD card back in the AS10.

RE: ResMed Airsense 10/ Oscar DST Issue?
I changed the time on my ResMed yesterday afternoon.  I did nothing with the SD card except remove and replace.   Last nights data was collected properly and aligns with the O2 ring.  Thanks

I am curious about references to reformatting the SD card.  What would be the purpose?  Also... when inserting the card in the ResMed, there is a message that it is "initializing" the card.  What does that mean?  I assumed it was just verifying that it was formatted but now I'm not so sure.

Had no problem at all on my AS10. In the morning it read 7am rather than 6am. Decided to wait until after 12pm to make the change, checked the time at 2pm and the clock read 14:00 which was correct. For me the time on the OSCAR report was not relevant…at least for that specific night and understand it is more significant for other folks.
