for the sake of discussion I've attached a screenshot from recent apap use that might look similar to the one in question above.  Unlike my more box-ended plm flow rate pattern that I posted an example of above, I can't be completely sure about this until confirming with audio/video, particularly because I clearly have central/mixed apnea.  even so, I believe in my case this pattern and these events are caused by plm.  I am completely oblivious to these movements and my wife rarely notices either.  I don't mean to be the guy that harps on plm but I think it's worth mentioning when I see possible signs of it in someone's chart.  the OPs chart shows a bit of both patterns, similar to many of my plm episodes.  something to keep in the back of your mind if this pattern doesn't resolve with pap.
