ResMed now lists the version of ResScan as 6.0.2 on their website. Any link for this yet?

FYI... the email autoresponder will only send out the link to any one email address once every 4 days, maximum.
So, if you're already sent the email request within the last 4 days to receive the link to the older version, and would now like the link to the updated 6.0.2 version, you can either: 1. Send a new email request from a completely different email address or 2. Wait 5 days and send another email at that time.

I would be remiss if I didn't remind folks that instead of using ResScan (which only works on ResMed brand CPAP machines), an alternative (and some say much better) software package is available.
It's called OSCAR, and it is available for free here: https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR OSCAR works on a variety of CPAP machine. Click HERE for a list of supported machines.

RE: ResScan 6.0.2 now available
When ResScan v 6.0 was released Resmed included a "security" feature which required the user to log in every time they used the program. These credentials were tied to the user's Windows credentials - which caused a lot of confusion and some members were unable to successfully install ResScan. For this reason V5.9 is still available at the link SuperSleeper gave above. As far as anybody has noticed, there are no functional differences between v5.9 and 6.x. Whether that has changed with 6.0.2 I don't know.
Personally I much prefer OSCAR for a whole lot of reasons.

I tried to get "OSCAR" but Windows Defender blocked it as dangerous malware.
Others have this problem?

Gday Basil. Provided you download Oscar from the link on this site it is safe and you can ignore that warning. Please read the installation instructions in our Oscar wiki - they will show you how to deal with over-zealous security programs.

RE: ResScan 6.0.2 now available
Yes, Everyone using Windows!
We cannot in all practicality overcome this. This requires Microsoft to register OSCAR as a "Safe" program. Our cost for this is prohibitive. Cost is several hundred dollars per month, and we cannot do this without forming a corporation, filing taxes and all that. That said OSCAR is a safe program. Click on the "more info" in the popup box, then select to install anyway.

Unfortunately in ResScan 6.02 they still haven't fixed the "Pure Virtual Function Called" error which many of us get after installation.

You probably already read this thread, but perhaps not the more recent posts: http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...ed-ResScan Some of the solutions there may help someone, perhaps... or not. I hereby thank the ResScan developers--- your programming skills have given me a greater appreciation for OSCAR.
