RE: ResScan CPAP Reporting Software (current version: 4.3)
Hello Folks, I have been using version 4.3 for a while now and have found a glitch with my windows 7 and Norton security software.
It seems that once a week I have to re-install version 4.3 to allow loading data from my S9 SD card. After some research I found that within Norton security suite there is a process that checks and fixes ( removes ) broken registry entries, one of which is relative to the Res Scan software.
Anyone else experience this and have come up with a solution?
I'm still working on this one.

Haven't seen it, but it's a C++ programming error. First, check to be sure you have all of your windows updates up to date. If so, I'd uninstall ResScan and reboot the computer, then reinstall it and see if it fixes it.

I'm new to this so here it goes.
I try to install the ResMed software, but when trying to launch the program I'm getting the following "Pure Virtual function called" (I have not idea what this means) and the software does not open. I checked the size of the downloaded file and it is the correct size. Un-installed and re-installed the software with the same results. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this?
Regards
ET.
PS. the 3 drivers were not check at all.

Sorry but, ResScan only works with Microsoft Windows computers (Windows XP or newer). There is currently no version available for other Operating Systems such as Mac OS X or Linux.
Now Sleepyhead does have a MAC version available:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/sleepyhe...%20Builds/ Which looks like you have already.

Hi ambiguous02, welcome to the forum!
ResScan can run on a Windows emulation program such as Parallels for the Mac (which is what I use).
Take care,

I downloaded Rescan (file size 120MB). When I start software I get the following error msg: "Pure virtual function called". Any clue as to what's wrong?
Thanks,
