Reset A10 to factory default

Reset A10 to factory default
I just picked up my new A11 autoset. I asked the place if there was anywhere I could donate my A10 due to the damage here (I live in western NC are which was hit hard by Helene). They told me where I could take it and any other supplies.

I know there's a way to do it but either I'm missing it or I'm an idiot. Well, could go either way. Cool

So how do I reset my old machine (which works fine) to factory defaults? Much thanks.

Under the Clinician's menu are 2 possible options, "Restore Defaults" and "Erase Data". I would do both to make sure. I would keep the SD card. Let the next owner supply one... Cool

i agree with this, except for the card. if the a11 came with one (and it should have) i'd just format the one in the a10 and give it to whomever gets it.

Okay, thanks both of you!

If it came with one, I have no clue where it is. I use a FlashAir card. I probably have one somewhere. Good idea to include it! I'll also have all the filters to put into the bag with it.

Anything I can do to clean it, other than the outside? I figure blowing it out would be a bad idea....

if it's not in the card slot, then keep yours. and there's nothing to clean inside. just wipe it down good.

I just received a brand new S10 Autoset and because it has cellular data they don't include a 4 GB, $2 card. Cheapskates.

I had to return my recent therapy attempt ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto. I just wiped the exterior off and included the machine, power cord, papers in the case. Quick wipe down maybe should be fine for yours.

RE: Reset A10 to factory default
My "old" A10 has a new home! We met at the library and I led her through the set up, answered a bunch of sleep apnea questions, directed her here, etc. It was a great meeting!

She has an A10 already but became ill (respiratory) after she evacuated. She has fears her machine is contaminated with something. I don't think it is but we all know how we are when it comes to being able to breathe! We discussed filters, cleaning everything, all that.

So glad it went to a good home. Sadly, we don't use the same mask so I still have a BUNCH of pillows from my Nuance.
