How do you know when to replace a mask?

How do you know when to replace a mask?
70 days in, have mostly been using my Phillips nuance gel nasal pillow mask, but have switched off some with resmed airfit n30 nasal cushion.

( the strong jet of output air from mask 1 disrupts my husband's sleep, the leaks that blow in my eyes and tickle my nose bug me in mask 2)

Things were getting better with mask 1, but lately I just can't get mask to fit comfortably without leaks.

Is it possible it is just time to retire that one and order a replacement?  What signs help you know when a mask needs replacing??

Or should I keep looking for a different make/brand  mask that will work better for me?

Rep recommended I try the new evora. . .

I replace my f20 airfit cushion every few months, the silicone loses it's sealing ability after some use..
