Resmed Airsense 10 HELP

I’ve been having a lot of success with a secondhand purchase of a used Airsense 10, except for one critical issue. Without fail, every night I use the machine, I get an audible system notification tone from the machine at 4am that wakes me up. There is no pop up on the screen, as it wakes me up in therapy mode. 

Does anyone experience this? Anyone even know what this could be? I’ve gone through every setting on my machine and my phone to find the culprit and I got the 4am wake up bell today too.

I have no reason why it would do this. But I would set the clock so it’s 4am would be daytime instead of in the early morning.

Misteryams  -  Just so I understand, all alarms in the Clinician menu are turned off? Are the various reminders turned off as well?
