Regarding the pressure - OK, if that is all I can do for now... It's just that it's been a year and I'm not feeling the positive effects so much.
Does the response setting do something when using a fixed pressure?

Deborah, thank you for taking the time to do a re-read!

I just know that lots of folks do better with standard response. I'm not sure why that is. I think we need to get the aerophagia under control, try standard response, and see if you sleep more comfortably. You need some decent sleep.
Machine: ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask: Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution

Thanks again Deborah!
Here's last night with a P10 mask and settings that feel most comfortable at the moment. No aerophagia, but there's been an increase in CA events for some reason. I've been switching between P10 and DreamWear, because I think DreamWear is causing me neck pain. I don't think the CAs are treatment emergent as I've been using almost identical settings for a year now... Is there anything else I can try to improve my therapy?

Feeling absolutely exhausted. Looks like centrals are still on the rise... Could the mask (P10) be causing some CO2 issues?

It seems like a lot of your CA's are lining up with mask leaks. Did your sleep study show a lot of CA's? Just asking because if you get the leaks fixed and still have a lot of CA's, there are machines with back up rates specifically designed to stop CA's.

I can't recall if CAs were mentioned in my study report at all or if there were any, but the number of CAs have increased since my first post.
I'm mouth taping and checking my mask straps every night. Is there anything else I can do to prevent leaks? It's hard to get anything other than an AutoSet device in Finland.

Thanks Jay. I think I'll give a FFM a go.
RE: Restarting CPAP treatment, looking for guidance
FFM (F20) actually felt pretty good for two nights, but then I was taken back to why I changed to pillows originally... I get crazy itching under the mask. Sigh.
I get itchy skin everywhere under the mask, not just where the silicone touches. The mask is not too tight. I've tried to turn the humidity both low and high, but it still happens.

I use mask liners. They stop the irritation from the silicone, helps stop leaks by filling in gaps, and help muffle the noise of leaks (my IPAP at times goes up to 20). I like the thinner ones best. Several different kinds on Amazon. Also, in our supplier's list, Pad A Cheek has several custom made mask liners. Your choice here croc.
