RE: Rice Therapy 23/24
Good afternoon everyone, as some of you may know, I am a positional apnea sufferer primarily. The last two nights I’ve been sleeping without one of my foam wedges that I usually lodge in my side. I have 2 because when you turn over, you have another one behind you that’s ready to go. The last few nights I haven’t been sleeping with one of them and my numbers have been much better, I’m not sure why this is happening, but I’m happy to get one of these wedges out of the bed lol

CA and OA decided to call HYOP and the 3 of them crashed RERA's place, and then the 4 of them decided to call Large Leak to meet in an Unclassified location while Rice95 had the best night of his life.

Good morning !
I haven’t posted in a while. Lots going on. Since most of my events have been positional, I’ve been trying to see if I could rectify events without using CPAP, but using my cervical collar staying on my side, flat pillow, etc. Unfortunately, I’ve been snoring and keeping my wife awake. I was originally diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and I thought I might be able to remedy events with positional changes and using my collar. I was much more tired during the day woke up with headaches etc. I’m sharing this because I know there are some of you who have stopped using CPAP for various reasons. Since getting back on my CPAP, my sleep has been much better. I feel more awake and aware during the day. It was a nice experiment and it proved that I do need to have that continuous airway pressure and I need to sleep with my cervical collar every night and stay on my side.
