Thanks for the reply Geer1.  When you say that the OA's "may or may not be related symptoms," could clarify what that means.  

I understand that they appear to be post-arousal OA's, but I wasn't sure what "symptoms" referred to or the significance.

You said you have residual fatigue. My comment was that the fatigue may or may not be related to arousals and if it is related then it isn't clear that the arousals are caused by sleep disordered breathing.

In those examples posted the breathing prior to arousal looks good and shortly after arousal breathing looks the same. Makes me think these arousals are caused by something else.

The "What is This" Flow Rate
Nasal Inspiration and initial nasal expiration followed by expiratory mouth breathing. Palatal Prolapse tends to completely shut down the exhale.
