If you decide to try CPAP mode you can still use EPR, you just don't get the spikes in pressure.  This is what I use with good results.

Thank Old Steve, yeah I think I am going to try going back to CPAP mode. Last night something weird happened. I have the machine set to turn on automatically when I put the mask on. Last night I wore it all night and I'm pretty damn sure it was on and running all night because in the morning I could feel the pressure like I always do. But OSCAR and myAir are both showing that the machine was on for only 30 minutes. What is up with that?

Haven't posted an update in a while.. overall my numbers are better but I am having trouble with the collars. I tried two different soft cervical collars -

First this one which didn't help at all.

I think with the first one I was still able to tuck my chin but with the second one it seems to fit properly but I find what is MORE effective than the collar is shoving a smaller pillow under my chin. I can get my AHI down below 1 (as low as 0.2) whereas last night while wearing collar #2 my AHI was 1.6.

I'm not sure whether to keep trying with this cervical collar, to try yet another one, or if there is some kind of pillow I can buy instead?
