Well colour me stupid (again). Huhsign I've seen so many typos in my day - not necessarily because a person can't type/spell but because they're trying to type quickly and don't give a damn about spelling. That was my assumption here. Sorry about that.

I tried looking for that horrible clunker, the REMstar SE. Very little mention. Did Philips have some good sense and discontinue it?

RE: onkor.net and Respironics SD Data Card
So here is what I've found out. Onkor.net, sucks...it does NOT work for me. I used sleephead with the patch and it pulls all the data in just fine...

So, move on to this morning. Used my machine last night, happened to check it when i got up around 2 and AHI was 2.9 (its been between 5-10) so I'm pretty excited. Wake up this morning, and its 14...what in the heck happened??

Pull data into sleep head and I'm having very few events until 5:05am, then for the next 20 minutes I'm having a TON Of stuff, Open Aiways, hypopnia, obstructive, etc....well, I have NOT been sleeping on my back but I'm pretty sure around 5 I laid on my back and fell asleep.

I've been testing different scenarios to see differences (breathe right strip, no breath right, etc....), but I have been pretty consistent about sleeping on my side.

Clusters like that happen frequently. You have to give your body and your mind time to adjust. They're used to working together, your brain having to wake you when your body relaxed enough to collapse your airway.

Now they have to adjust to a new set of circumstances.

You can sew a tennis ball into the back of an old t-shirt and wear it while you're sleeping. It'll prevent you from sleeping on your back.

Decades of OSA have apparently taught my subconscious to never let me sleep on my back.
