I can see that data is being written to SD card while it is in machine. Why when i use the dream mapper uploader on my computer does it say "we did not find any new therapy data on this card."?

Please download #Sleepyhead so you can see data worth looking at. Dreammapper only provides generalized data.

The model that you have is refereed to as a "Brick". I doesn't possess the capability of recording detailed sleep data. It can only provide rudimentary data.

Is there a download called encore that someone has that can let me see all the data from my SD card on my dreammapper like the drs can even though its no a pro machine?

Hi M.,

The only current PR program that will work with DreamStation machines is EncorePro, available here:

But keep in mind as you currently use a "brick" machine (one that doesn't record any therapy data), all you're going to be able to see is how many hours you've used the machine each night, and perhaps some other very basic settings.  If that's all you need to prove to your doctor that you're using the machine, then EncorePro will be fine for that-- however it's not useful for any other analysis purposes.

To fully manage your sleep therapy, you'd need a fully data-capable machine.  You'll never be able to see any therapy data from your current machine, since it has no ability to record that data. See here:

Idaholden, if possible see if you can return the machine for an upgrades "pro" model 400 series or Auto 500 model. Unfortunately the basic CPAP does not produce data to help you troubleshoot or confirm if the the therapy is working well.
