Can anyone help me analyze my results
My AHI before machine was close to 80. Now the machine is less than 1. However, I always have hard time falling asleep with it, I usually have to feel very very tired before using my machine. Thanks for any insights you may provide

RE: Can anyone help me analyze my results
I would suggest to raise the min to 7 that will allow EPR to fully work at 3.

Welcome

You have made a great beginning!  It is not unusual to find adjusting to using a pap machine somewhat difficult.  Our bodies and brains are not accustomed to having a foreign object attached to our faces and blowing air up our noses.  Hang in there and try to stay on the therapy a bit longer every night.  You will find that is so worth it!   Smile
