Can someone please explain exactly what the flow rate is showing. Is it expiratory flow limitation? If it is I see this frequently.
Can you explain what settings might be changed in order to decrease this? Thanks

RE: Screenshot analysis
According to the Flow Limitation images, it is expiratory snoring. The bottom graph example.
Also, why not upgrade to the latest release of OSCAR, version 1.5.1? - Red

RE: Screenshot analysis
Thanks red, I will upgrade. Anything to recommend to treat this ? As you can see my AHI is low, would reducing the PS help? I do limit the max ipap due to aerophagia.

RE: Screenshot analysis
I would probably try bumping up my EPAP pressure. I'm guessing it is a little low, thus not providing enough pressure for a good stent.

RE: Screenshot analysis
Just to add, I tape my mouth and use a chinstrap. I almost always also have no leakage.

RE: Screenshot analysis
Red, you would increase the min epap even though my ahi is very low? Please explain. Also should I adjust the ipap or ps?
Thanks

RE: Screenshot analysis
Only if you want to try and clean up those micro-snores (if there is such a word). Your profile shows 8.4, try 9cm.

RE: Screenshot analysis
Thanks red for your advice, should I keep the PS and IPAP settings the same?

RE: Screenshot analysis
I might up the IPAP to 15. Your upper waveform looks good, so the PS is good.

RE: Screenshot analysis
I would think as Red mentioned it's likely a bit too low on EPAP. If you want an IPAP increase, you could. It's your choice of you want to do these together or separate.
