I see these posts are from 2015 yet it seems ResMed hasn't dont anything about it. I am onto my 3rd new machine and its still noisy (whines). I ran my Elite machine side by side with an Autoset (rental) and the Autoset was much quieter. Am waiting for yet another reply from the Tech people via my DME, not holding my breath (no pun intended).
