Shortcut no longer works

The shortcut to my Oscar program is no longer working.  (It worked last week when I updated my data.)  The properties say that it cannot find the oscar.exe file.  When I look in the programs file, I don't see it either.  In my downloads folder I still see the original program I downloaded in August.  Suggestions?

If you are on windows, did you look in "C:\Program Files\OSCAR\OSCAR.exe"?
If the file is there, right-click on it and select "create shortcut."  If you get a message that you can't create it at that location, it will ask if you want to create a shortcut on the desktop. Say yes, and you are in business again. 

You may want to search for oscar.exe using your search function, and if it truly is missing, reinstall it. 
Back up your data before doing anything.
