RE: Should I be dead?

At rest, my oxygen levels are 92
I'm a pretty darn healthy and very active 49-year-old with no weight problems whatsoever, but have had sleeping problems my ENTIRE LIFE. I'm not aware of any heart issues. and no history of smoking.
Underlying causes. Perhaps just genetics, my grandfather and father likely died from apnea in their early 60s, neither was obese, but were adding a bit of weight in their last years.
I've not done a 6 min walk test, but I'll look into that.
My heart rate does not seem to increase when my Spo2 drops.
Jay... Thanks that info was helpful.
RE: Should I be dead?
OK copy. Just throwing ideas out. Walk test may or may not be applicable.

RE: Should I be dead?
Lung disease. Mu O2 would average 93-94 on Bipap. My doctor said some people average 90-92. Moderate COPD sometimes falls to 88
