RE: JKan Therapy Analysis
You would not necessarily know if you are sleeping on your back during a clustering event, as by definition, you are sleeping, and likely in deep sleep period, like REM.
Positional apnea is not exclusively limited to supine sleeping. It can happen in a side sleeping situation also, curling up in the fœtal position, the head dropping towards the chest, and the trachea being bent, either throtting the flow parially, or completely.
Usually is situation is usually resolved with a cervical collar.
I can't remember if we have considered this possibility earlier, as haven't gone back over previous posts.
Check any medicines that you may be taking for possible sleep disturbances. And any general health issues.
I noticed in your last graph, flow limitations were peaking pretty high for no apparent reason that I could see, but probably a one-off as usually they are well below 0.1
I am guessing/speculating now for two possible avenues to consider, upgrading to a bi-level machine, or investigation if you have any issues with UARS (video) Can't really help out on these unfortunately.
