Hi all - had a question about technical terms of laryngoscopy.
Hi all - had a question about technical terms of laryngoscopy. I understand this board is specifically about OSA/CPAP. However, I figured that some here may know some about the technical terms of the airway.

For background, I was diagnosed with mild OSA (AHI = 8 on side) while it is 20 on my back. I usually sleep on my back, but found it impossible during the PSG.

Anyway, I know there are some instances where CPAP may not work as well. I'd like to know if these operative findings are exactly what you'd expect in an OSA patient or if there are other things here that may not be able to be taken care of with CPAP. Possible that I have UARS as well as OSA (not sure if possible)?

Findings attached - much appreciated.
