CPAP Terms/Data Help

CPAP Terms/Data Help
Hello all,
I have a couple of CPAP terms that I need to try and understand.

Flow Limitation Index - what is a normal or good range for the numbers show?  My numbers for year to date Min. 1.25, Average 1.41, High 1.67.
RDI - what is a normal or good range for the numbers show?  My numbers for year to date, Med. 4.00, 95% 10.00, Max. 31.00.

I have tried to find good/normal values for these and have not really found anything that I could grasp.
I am meeting with my sleep doctor tomorrow to discuss my CPAP therapy which I feel has not working for me.  I believe I have a handle on the other terms but these two seem to elude me.

Thanks,
Ed
