Skipped therapy last night, big mistake

So I “went to a local establishment last night to ring in the new year” and decided when I got home that it was just a bit too much trouble to put the Bleep Halos on my nose and fill the machine. Naturally, I slept in today (so I successfully avoided the hangover), but I could tell that I must have really snored hard because all the tissues in the back of my throat really hurt badly. I don’t really know if it used to be like this all the time, but I won’t be skipping therapy again anytime soon. It was quite painful and took most of the day to nearly go away, but I can still feel it.

Not the worst outcome for a New Year celebration. Hope a good time was had by all. Happy New Year. Good resolution not to skip therapy.

Happy New Year! I've yet to skip a night of therapy since starting in October.

I forgot an elbow on a trip a few months ago, tried to tape the mask directly to the hose, it worked at roughly %20 efficacy, and I was miserable the next day.. Always double check everything (and have spares)!
