Sleep Maintenance Insomnia
Quick background: I suddenly started waking up frequently last June and a sleep study showed that predominantly RERA was the cause; after using CPAP for 2 months and finding a mask I'm able to wear the entire night, I continue to wake up just as frequently. Any advice appreciated (I tapped the machine on and off to easier depict my awakenings).
